Just a few things. I notice team members are really poor shots even with good skills. The enemy AI seems to be able to hit a lot more than the players team at distance even with pistols. I think some work needs to be done in the accuracy issues. I played X29 off and on over the years and never really saw this as a problem like it is in this sequel.

Hi @witchywoman, happy Christmas!

Thank you for passing the game all this time, it's so inspiring to hear.

Your comment made me think over the way accuracy is balanced in the game. The formulae were supposed to be the same in both games, but there are enough small alterations that might significantly change results. I guess it is time for me to revisit that code and rebalance it again. I will post or here when there are updates.

Thanks for looking into this. It really is a good tactical RPG with a very unique setting.

50% of the time you get stuck map screen after Start New Game, other 50% you get a game crash on Start New Game

Thank you for writing me about this! Can you help me find what's failing?

If you open your Windows Explorer and navigate to %appdata%/ArvieFlar there should be logs. If you could send me the log file, I will be able to investigate the issue.

I don't have a sound output connected to my PC - [ERR] Executing action #82 for geoscape initialization Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.NoAudioHardwareException (0x80004005): Audio has failed to initialize. Call SoundEffect.Initialize() before sound operation to get more specific errors. 2nd error is the same, from a different place:

Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.NoAudioHardwareException (0x80004005): OpenAL device could not be initialized, see console output for details. at Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.OpenALSoundController..ctor()

Ouch! Thanks a lot, this is something for me to fix asap.

A new build is ready, version 0.1.10. The fix is not ideal and I wasn't yet able to fix it on a machine that would really have no sound output, but it should work for now and I'll publish a better fix later.

Version 0.1.11 is ready - I believe it contains a proper way to handle your kind of PC. Can you check if it works for you, @raamon?
