v0.36 the main story

I have found and fixed a critical bug, which could block the main story from progressing. A key character who was supposed to come and talk to the player to move the story forward just never appeared. The game was going on and on, but with the main story paused it was not possible to reach victory. It is fixed now and the character talks to the player at the right moment.
