v0.41 bug fixes

Some of the reported bugs are fixed in this version. There is one issue I can't fix at the moment, so I expanded error logging around the behavour that possibly caused the bug. If you experience bugs or game crashes, please continue sending me your logs, hopefully this time I'll get enough information to pinpoint the error's location and fix it.
