v0.30 stability + general fixes + final_mission

Several game-crashing bugs, mostly AI-related, fixed.
The final mission completely reworked, now it consists of the two stages and you need to win both of them to win the game. The new mission is only available if you start a new game, saved games from previous versions retain their original final mission.
