v0.33 - bug fixes + the Main Quest extension


Finally, the new build is here. It is clear now that I tried to do a bit too much in a single release this time. 

First of all, there were some errors to address. I would like to say a big THANK YOU! to all the players who sent me their crash reports. I reviewed every one of them. Most of the errors causing those crashes are fixed in this build. There are a few I don't have enough information to make a fix, I expanded error logging for those, if the game crashes for you, please send me the report again.

There were several gameplay bugs to fix. Those furniture pieces with 1hp disappearing without a trace when destroyed, books without any content (crashing the game when you try to read them),  incorrectly displayed letters - they are fixed now.

Basic upkeep mechanic has been added to the game. Now you need to pay salaries to your people as well as your base maintenance fees every week. This makes the game a bit harder though - a player need to build up your economy early in the game to avoid running out of money and resources. In the same time it is not that harsh to force a player to invest everything into the economical part of the game.

These things are nice, but the main part I was working on is the main quest. It now starts in a different way, there are several new characters, new cutscenes, a number of dialogs. There are still some flavor texts to be updated though.

Unfortunately, while doing all of this, I had to break the backward compatibility of save files. Saves from the old versions can't be loaded into 0.33, you need to start a completely new game with this version. This is why I am not removing 0.32 from the downloads section. If you have a game saved with 0.32 and you would like to continue playing it, you better keep playing on the old version. Otherwise, go for 0.33 - it is better and the main story is now complete.
